E & R Kans Home Improvements, LLC was formed in January 2013. As a result of the decline in our economy, we thought it would be beneficial to obtain our Home Improvement License. We also build custom homes through Ron Kans Custom Homebuilders, LLC. Business had been slow for an extended time. Thankfully, the housing industry has started to show an improvement. Still, many people find it financially better for them to stay in their existing home and contract through a Home Improvement Company for upgrades.
